Description

With about three acres of land there is always work to be done, especially after high winds. This table was made from cherry, wenge, (the very dark wood), and several slabs from a tree that fell in a recent storm. That tree had been dead so many years that it would take a better man than me to identify it!  Each round slab was joined together making the design off the top of this table. Although the tree had been dead so long it still developed  a few cracks after joining, but artistically, I rather enjoy the cracks. It is all built over cabinet quality plywood for stability.  The top is about 21 1/2 inches from the ground and the top is 24 inches by 32 inches.
