Description

This model truck was created as a gift to a long time friend. It is roughly based on a 1929 Model A Ford pickup truck. There are many woods and techniques involved with this project. Materials include wenge, satinwood, walnut, brass, clear glass, melted glass with color, and abalone shell.Techniques include, carving, inlay, annealing of brass before cutting, shaping fusible glass for the taillights and cutting discs of shell for the headlights and dashboard gauges.
